Community facilities in MBZ: Package (27)

The project involves the Design and Build (D&B) of Landscape Works and City Entrance Enhancements – Package 27 within Mohamed Bin Zayed City (MBZ), covering a total landscape area of approximately 665,000 square meters. The site is located along the periphery of MBZ and forms part of a broader program to enhance the public realm, mobility corridors, and overall live ability of the city. The project includes beautification of key gateway entrances into MBZ and associated linear corridors through the design and implementation of softscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, and related infrastructure.
AEC scope of services under this proposal includes validation ofthe landscape design, irrigation and lighting associated IDAS submissions for different stages, including authority coordination and approvals.
