TP Car Park Relocation

A temporary car park providing approximately 1,200 spaces will be developed to support Yas Waterworld during ongoing construction works. The facility will maintain all existing parking services, including dropoff/ pick-up, valet, bus parking, and annual pass holder parking, existing pedestrian and buggy access routes will be retained, and where possible, existing shade structures will be reused. The layout will prioritise flexibility, cost efficiency, and ease of reinstatement.

AEC Scope is to prepare concept design into detailed IFC documents, incorporating authority approvals and requirements. This includes design validation, coordination with authorities, obtaining and updating NOCs, and incorporating approved value engineering solutions in coordination with the Employer and project stakeholders.
